Do I have to change my phone number?
No. You keep the number you already have. Your calls are simply forwarded to your receptionist, and your customers keep dialing the same number as always.
Does it work with cell phones and landlines?
Yes. Forwarding is turned on by dialing a short code from your phone, and we walk you through it step by step.
Does it sound like a robot?

What if a customer wants to talk to a real person?
Important calls are transferred to you, and you see the customer's real number before you answer. If you can't pick up, it takes a message.
Does it book appointments on my calendar?

What if I go over my plan's calls?
Extra calls are billed separately at the rate you're told before signing up. You can also move to a bigger plan anytime.

Are calls recorded?
Yes, calls are recorded and transcribed so we can send you the summary. The receptionist can let callers know at the start that the call may be recorded.

The fine print, in plain words
Privacy policy
Noxis LLC ("we") provides the RingCatcher service. We collect the information businesses give us to set up their receptionist (name, address, phone, email, hours, services, pricing), information about calls to the business's line (caller's number, date, time, recording, transcript and the details the caller leaves), and billing information processed by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers.
We use this information only to provide the service, give support, improve answer quality, and bill. We share it only with the technology providers that make the service work (telephony, voice processing, hosting and payments). We never sell or rent your information. We keep recordings and summaries while the service is active and up to 12 months after it ends. You can ask us to show, correct or delete your information at info@ringcatcher.net; we respond within 30 days. The service is for businesses and is not directed at anyone under 18. Terms of service
By signing up for RingCatcher you accept these terms. The service is provided by Noxis LLC, a Florida company. It includes an automated phone receptionist that answers your calls with the information you provide, takes messages and appointment details, transfers calls to the numbers you choose, and sends you a summary of every call. Your plan sets how many calls per month are included.
You agree to give us correct information, use the service lawfully, follow your state's rules on call recording and text messages, and keep your payment method current. The service depends on phone networks and outside providers; we work hard to keep it running but cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted or perfect. It does not replace professional, medical, legal or emergency help. Our total liability is limited to what you paid in the three months before a claim. You can end the service anytime; we may suspend it for non-payment or misuse after notice by email. We'll give 30 days' notice by email of any change to these terms or pricing. Free trial and cancellation
The free trial lasts 7 days, needs no credit card, and has no commitment. After the trial, the service is billed month to month and renews automatically on the same date each month. Cancel anytime by email at info@ringcatcher.net — no penalty, no retention calls. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month already paid; months already paid are not refunded.
